The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on September 3, around 6:10 p.m., the Defense Army units carried out fortification works in the region of Askeran, Nagorno-Karabakh, which was allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another disinformation. This was reported by the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Ministry.
