The Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan is on a working visit to Turkey. During the visit, Zakir Hasanov met with Ertan Uzun, commander of the 1st Airbase in Eskishehir.
The parties exchanged ideas on bilateral cooperation in the military and military-educational spheres and other issues of mutual interest.
Hasanov also met with Turkish Defense Minister Yaşar Güler and participated with him in the opening ceremony of the 2023-2024 academic year. The head of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan also met with the Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces Metin Gürak.
