Secretary of the Security Council, Samvel Sergey Shahramanyan, was appointed the State Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh, and he was given wide powers. This is stated on the Facebook page of Arayik Harutyunyan, President of Nagorno-Karabakh.
"When choosing Samvel Shahramanyan, I took into account his principledness, flexibility, his work experience in various responsible positions and accumulated knowledge, which are directly related to both national security and state administration," Arayik Harutyunyan wrote.
Prior to that, the NK State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan was relieved of his post by the decree of the NK President.
