The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that, allegedly, on August 31, around 10:55 a.m., the Defense Forces units carried out fortification works in the Shushi region, which was allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another disinformation. This was reported by the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army.
