Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council Armenia, on Thursday received Igor Khovaev, the Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group and the Russian foreign minister’s special representative for assisting the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
The interlocutors discussed regional security, and particularly the situation created around Nagorno-Karabakh, the Office of the Security Council Armenia ireports. In this context, both sides emphasized the urgent need to overcome the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh.
