Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, expressed his displeasure with the support of more than $360 million from the state budget of Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh. He accused Armenia of continuing its presence in Nagorno-Karabakh and interfering in Azerbaijan's internal affairs.
Hajiyev noted that the authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh are obstructing the transportation of humanitarian aid of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society through the Aghdam road.
He also issued a number of threats. "Azerbaijan can no longer tolerate the presence of an uncontrolled gray zone in its territory. The illegal regime must be dissolved and disarmed," Aliyev's aide said.
