The President of Nagorno-Karabakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, thanked the cities of France.
"We thank the French communities for their support to Artsakh during the genocide. Thanks to their leaders for visiting the blocked entrance to Lachin Corridor. Azerbaijan also blocks their aid," Harutyunyan wrote on his
X (former Twitter) microblog.
