The Ministry of Education and Culture of Nagorno-Karabakh informs that the academic year will start on September 1 in all educational institutions of Nagorno-Karabakh.
"Taking into account the problems caused by the complete siege of Artsakh - the severe shortage of stationery, educational materials, food, hygiene items and the lack of transport - however, it was decided to start the educational process without violating the right of students to education. In difficult conditions, preparations were made to organize the educational process as efficiently as possible.
After the start of the classes, monitoring will be carried out, and as a result of a comprehensive analysis, appropriate situational solutions will be adopted, up to the termination of the class process," the statement said.
