The Foreign Minister of Canada and the President of the European Council discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Mélanie Joly announced this in her Twitter.
"With Charles Michel we discussed his vision for EU expansion in the Balkans, the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, and next steps to address the crisis in Haiti. These conversations are key to our work as partners," Joly tweeted.
