Russian troops made another attack on the Kupyansk region of Ukraine, a café where people were hit. This was announced by Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration.
It is noted that 2 people were killed and another was injured as a result of the shelling in the village of Podoli.
Sinegubov added that law enforcement officers and representatives of emergency services are working on the spot.
