American Senator Bill Cassidy described Azerbaijan's blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh as a crime against humanity.
"The humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh is growing more and more dire by the day. If Azerbaijan doesn’t lift the blockade people will starve. Weaponizing food constitutes an Article 7 Violation of the Rome Statutes, a 'Crime against Humanity'," Cassidy tweeted.
