The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on August 22, at 07:20 p.m., the Defense Army units carried out fortification works in the Askeran region, Nagorno-Karabakh, which was allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another disinformation.
