The press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Defense informs that the message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that, allegedly, technical means were installed by the Defense Army Units for the purpose of observing and monitoring Azerbaijani positions and communication channels, and which were allegedly suppressed on August 21 by the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another disinformation.
