On August 22, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Paruyr Hovhannisyan on Tuesday received US Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs Rena Bitter, the Armenian Foreign Ministry reports.
During the meeting, the parties noted the positive dynamics in the Armenian-American bilateral relations and emphasized the need for further expansion of cooperation in various domains. In that context, a number of consular matters were also touched upon, stressing the rendering of mutual assistance.
