A group of activists from Nagorno-Karabakh blocked the entrance to the military base of the Russian peacekeepers since yesterday.
The chairman of the Revolutionary Party, Artur Osipyan, presented the details of the demonstration live on the Internet and noted that it is their demand that the peacekeepers fulfill their obligations.
To open the entrance blocked by the passenger car, the Russian peacekeeping forces brought out heavy equipment. The peacekeepers then pushed the vehicle by force to open the entrance. Artur Osipyan called everyone to gather at Stepanakert's Revival Square at 7 p.m.
