On August 15, a report was received at the Martuni Regional Department of the Nagorno-Karabakh Police that at around 7:30 p.m. in the area called ‘Gomer’ of the administrative area of Avdur village, a grain combine harvester driven by M.A., a resident of Murishen village, was fired from the adjacent Azerbaijani military positions.
"Fortunately, the citizen managed to save himself, only the combine was damaged.
Agricultural operations were stopped due to the shooting. The message was passed on to the Russian peacekeeping troops," the release of the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Internal Affairs police reads.
