The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan as if on August 13, around 4:20 p.m., units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire against the Azerbaijani combat positions located in the eastern part of the frontier zone, is another disinformation, Armenia's Defense Ministry reports.
