Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the Council of Europe Arman Khachatryan considered it reprehensible that Azerbaijan, being a member state of the Council of Europe, grossly violates the charter of that organization. He wrote about it in Twitter.
"Azerbaijani actions stand in stark contrast with what Europe achieved after WW2.
Deplorable that the Council of Europe member state grossly violates Council of Europe statute and its values.
Azerbaijan should:
- renounce use of force and coercion
- repect human rights of NK people
- lift the blockade."
