The heads of foreign political departments discussed the steps to restore the grain deal, TASS reported.
On July 17, the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, announced the termination of Moscow's participation in the grain deal. The Russian side said that until Russia's conditions are met, the grain deal will not be restored.
