Kyiv intends to continue its grain shipments through the Black Sea despite Russia's withdrawal from the grain deal. This was announced by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexei Danilov, TASS reports.
"We will do what we consider necessary, we will move the grain ships to where we consider necessary, we will not ask permission from anyone," Danilov said on Ukrainian radio.
The official representative of the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov, also said that Moscow is not ready to believe the statements of the US to support its grain exports when Russia returns to the grain deal, RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced that if Moscow returns to the grain deal, Washington will continue to promote food exports. He also said that the restrictions approved by the USA do not apply to food.
