US Congressman Frank Pallone referred to UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres' statement on recognizing the Humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh.
"Glad that UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres is recognizing the humanitarian crisis in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Now the international community must act together to ensure Aliyev ends his blockade of the Lachin Corridor and allows essential aid and goods into Artsakh again," Pallone
