The initiative of the Government of Armenia to provide humanitarian support to Nagorno-Karabakh is gaining more and more resonance in the Armenian and international community. Vardan Sargsyan, a representative of the humanitarian crisis management working group in Nagorno-Karabakh, told 'Lurer's' correspondent working in the border area of Kornidzor about this, referring to the question of what processes are taking place on invisible platforms in order to deliver the humanitarian cargo to the place.
"I think that the appropriate appeals of the international community, the general understanding and awareness of the situation, as well as the prospect of possible irreversible losses should somehow support the delivery of this humanitarian cargo to Nagorno-Karabakh and the achievement of our overarching goal," said Vardan Sargsyan.
