Polish Defence Minister Mariusz Blaszczak held a briefing with Polish Army soldiers on the increase of troops and assets on the Polish border with Belarus on Thursday.
Blaszczak met troops deployed to the border with Belarus and said that the hybrid attacks with the aim to destabilize Poland are coordinated by the Kremlin. "We are all aware that Belarus is militarily part of the reconstructed Russian empire, so these hybrid attacks to Poland are certainly coordinated in the Kremlin and the aim of these attacks is to destabilize Poland." said the Polish Defence Minister.
Earlier this week, the Polish government decided to move additional troops and combat helicopters to the Belarusian border after two Belarusian helicopters violated Polish airspace.
