Activists affiliated with the United National Movement protested at the Batumi Seaport to denounce the docking of the Astoria Grande, a Russian cruise vessel, on July 31.
Police blocked the port as protesters waved banners and chanted slogans as passengers disembarked from the ship.
Organisers of the protest said the ship, which arrived from Sochi, was carrying artists who support the war in Ukraine and President Vladimir Putin.
