Representatives of Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh were supposed to meet in Bratislava on August 1, but 2 days before the meeting, without reason, Baku refused. Tigran Petrosyan, the head of the anti-crisis council attached to the President of Nagorno-Karabakh, announced this during a live broadcast on Facebook.
According to him, Moscow is currently proposing to go to a meeting in Evlakh, Azerbaijan, which after the incident of Vagif Khachatryan, Petrosyan calls a mockery. According to him, they are now waiting for the proposals of the USA and Europe, they will bring them together and decide what to do.
