The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan issued a statement about the transfer of Vagif Khachatryan, a 68-year-old resident of Nagorno-Karabakh, to the territory of Azerbaijan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan reported that Vagif Khachatryan, who was being transported to Armenia for medical treatment accompanied by the International Committee of the Red Cross, was placed in one of the medical facilities in Baku, he was provided with medical assistance, and conditions were created for the visits of representatives of the ICRC.
