Patrick Karam, member of Regional council of Île-de-France, referred to the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
“A genocide is underway in Nagorno-Karabakh perpetrated by a criminal regime that has implemented a relentless blockade that deprives unfortunate Armenian civilians of food and medicine. The silence of the international community is culpable”, Karam tweeted.
