For 15-20 minutes, the trucks going to Nagorno-Karabakh with humanitarian cargo have been in the border area of Kornidzor. And what is the next action? In response to the question of ‘Lurer’, Vardan Sargsyan, the representative of the humanitarian crisis management working group in Nagorno-Karabakh, said:
“We have established contact with the representatives of the Russian peacekeeping forces, at the moment we are still waiting for an answer. Given that this process requires additional understanding, I think we should bear in mind that a certain attitude of patience is needed. We are waiting for additional clarifications.”
Sargsyan said that the trucks will remain in the current section until they receive a certain answer, and the next steps will be decided. They have already appealed to the peacekeepers to organize the transportation of humanitarian goods to NK.
To the clarifying question, whether the peacekeepers are inclined to mediate or not, whether there are any indications, Sargsyan answered.
