On July 26, Ambassador Vahagn Atabekyan met with Abdallah Bou Habib, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon. During the meeting, Ambassador Atabekyan presented the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh due to Azerbaijan's illegal blocking of the Lachin Corridor.
As reported by the Armenian Embassy in Lebanon, Abdallah Bou Habib reaffirmed Lebanon's principled position regarding the immediate opening of the Lachin Corridor and ending the humanitarian crisis.
