The necessary types of food and medicine were specified with Nagorno-Karabakh partners, their purchase, storage and delivery to Kornidzor were organized. Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Anna Zhamkochyan said about this during the special edition of ‘Lurer’.
She also published the complete list and volume of food and medicine that went to Kornidzor.
Accordingly, 19 trucks contain 60 tons of sugar, 40 tons of oil, 100 tons of flour, 80 tons of pasta, 20 tons of salt, 40 tons of milk powder, 12 tons of baby food and 9 tons of medicine.
“As you can see, these are the most vital types of food. In general, this whole batch is actually enough food for 1-2 days. Of course, this is not enough, but it is very necessary to bring it to Nagorno-Karabakh as soon as possible at least at this moment," said the deputy minister.
The deputy minister also reminded that in general the Government of Armenia organized more than 20 support measures after the war, not counting the annual budget support that is provided to Nagorno-Karabakh every year.
Anna Zhamkochian also informed that representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Health also accompany the cargoes in order to solve the problems encountered on the way, if necessary.
