As we announced earlier, due to the fuel shortage caused by Azerbaijan's blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh, since July 18, public transport in Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, has been paralyzed, but inter-district routes were maintained.
"At the moment, the scarce fuel reserves have also been exhausted and from July 25, the work of public transport in the entire territory of the republic will be completely stopped," reads the statement of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of Nagorno-Karabakh.
