With the mediation and escort of the International Committee of the Red Cross, on July 22, 13 patients from the Republican Medical Center of the Ministry of Health of Nagorno-Karabakh were transported to specialized medical facilities in Armenia.
During the day it is planned to transport 13 patients, who completed their treatment in Armenia, together with their accompanying persons.
Over 200 patients are waiting to be transferred to professional medical centers of the Republic of Armenia for immediate medical care.
Despite the efforts made, the ICRC has been unable to ensure the supply of necessary medicines from Armenia for a long time, since the Azerbaijani side prohibits even the supply of medicines.
There are 24 children in the Medical Association "Arevik," and 7 babies in the neonatal and intensive care unit.
73 patients are in the CJSC "Republican Medical Center," 6 are in the intensive care unit, with 2 of them in critical condition.
