The Armenian side agreed to the proposal of a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan in Moscow, Ani Badalyan, spokesperson of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, said in a statement.
"The Armenian side agreed to the proposal of a meeting at the level of foreign ministers in Moscow”, Badalyan told "Lurer", saying that additional details to be provided.
