The binding decision of the International Court of Justice provides an opportunity for greater, international consolidation around the issue to counter the policy of ethnic cleansing carried out by Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the government sitting on July 13.
"In this regard, the dialogue between Baku and Stepanakert within the framework of international mechanisms with the agenda of ensuring the security and rights of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians is extremely important", Pashinyan said.
The Prime Minister also reminded that yesterday, on July 12, the 4th meeting of the commission for the delimitation and border security of the Armenian state border and the state commissions for the delimitation of the state border between Azerbaijan and Armenia took place on the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan. And on Saturday, his meeting with the President of the EU Council and the President of Azerbaijan will take place in Brussels.
