The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has again spread disinformation, the Defense Ministry of Nagorno-Karabakh said.
"The message issued by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on July 13, at 11:15 and 14:10, the Defense Army units carried out fortification works in the Askeran and Karvachar regions of NK, which were allegedly stopped by the Azerbaijani forces stationed in the occupied territories of the said regions, it is another disinformation”, MoD NK said.
