Forty-five Ukrainian soldiers returned from Russian captivity on Thursday (July 6).
Andriy Yermak, the head of Ukraine’s presidential administration, released video which appeared to show freed Ukrainian troops in an undisclosed location, Reters reports.
Reuters was not able to independently confirm the date or location the video was filmed.
Forty-five Ukrainian soldiers, including two officers were returned to Ukraine, according to Yermak.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported on Thursday a total of 45 Russian servicemen were returned from Ukraine to Russia.
"All the released servicemen are provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance, and in the near future they will be taken to medical institutions of the Russian Ministry of Defence for treatment and rehabilitation," Russia's Defense ministry reported.
