During June 24-27, 2023, as part of the 33rd Annual Board Meeting of the Trustees of the "Hayastan" All Armenian Fund, the chairmen of the Fund's partner organizations embarked on a series of site visits to witness the progress of several important projects being implemented by the Fund and supported by Armenians worldwide.
Over the course of three days, the visiting delegation observed the ongoing construction of residential houses in the Lernagog community, which are being built to accommodate displaced citizens from Artsakh. In the "Mush" district of Gyumri, they met with residents who had been rendered homeless by an earthquake and now receive apartments through the Fund's efforts.
The group also traveled to the bordering region of Tavush, where they visited the Nasibyan hospital. There, they observed the construction and reconstruction of a new building for the medical facility, personally witnessed the donation of primary medical equipment, and became acquainted with the complex projects being implemented in the Berkaber community, such as water supply, street lighting, and renewable energy initiatives, they visited newly reconstructed Nork Nursing home and Soldier's Home, where the Fund is involved in a prosthetics project.
The visiting chairmen expressed their admiration for the eloquent and impactful nature of these projects, emphasizing their significance and the need for their continuous and expanding implementation in other communities throughout the Homeland.
