The spokesperson of the US State Department, Matthew Miller, referred to the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations in Washington during the briefing.
"We think the negotiations are effective. Secretary of State Blinken also held separate meetings with the two foreign ministers today. He will also hold another trilateral meeting," he said.
