Matthew Miller, Spokesperson of the US State Department, answered the question during the briefing about the attitude of the US Government to the humanitarian issues raised by Armenia, in particular, the suspension of electricity and gas supplies by Azerbaijan to Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as the necessary medicine and food supplies, he said.
"I will not be able to answer the specific question you mentioned. However, I will note that various issues were raised during the discussions. And Secretary of State Blinken will talk about all that in more detail."
