In the vast majority of cases, I received a denial of the information given by the Nagorno-Karabakh President by the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, but in the vast majority of cases, after some time, the General Staff had to confirm this information, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced at the session of the investigative commission investigating the circumstances of the 44-day war.
"I want to be clear. I am not saying that the information given by the General Staff was not correct in practice. I say that I have been involved dozens of times when the president of Nagorno-Karabakh called and said that the situation has changed. I tried to verify that information from the Ministry of Defense, they told me that no, it does not correspond to reality, but after some time they had to admit that it was true", said Pashinyan.
