Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Ministry of Internal Affairs Police informs that on June 25, around 16:00, Mikayel Mezhlumyan, a 22-year-old resident of the village of Murishen, Martunu region, Artsakh, while carrying out agricultural work in the field on the left side of the highway from Murishen to Avdur, was shot by various firearms from the adjacent Azerbaijani combat positions; shots were in his direction.
As a result of the shooting, agricultural work was stopped. The message was passed on to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
