The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, during a telephone conversation with the President of Kazakhstan, Kasim Jomart Tokayev, informed him about the current situation in the Russian Federation, the press service of the President of Kazakhstan informed.
"Kasim Jomart Tokayev noted that the happening events are Russia's internal affairs. The constitutional order and the rule of law are an indispensable condition for maintaining the legal order in the country. This is the basis of society's security and its successful development," the message reads.
It is noted that Putin thanked for understanding the situation in Russia.
Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian President, informed that Putin also had a telephone conversation with the President of Uzbekistan.
