Latvian authorities stop issuing all types of visas to Russian citizens, including humanitarian ones. This was announced by the country's President, Edgars Rinkēvičs.
According to him, Riga follows the development of the situation in Russia and exchanges information with allies.
"Currently, there is no direct threat to Latvia," the President noted.
According to Rinkēvičs, the border crossing restrictions applied to Russian citizens in September 2022 will not change.
