Edmon Marukyan, Armenia's Ambassador-at-Large, made a post on his Twitter referring to the installation of a concrete barrier by Azerbaijan in the Lachin Corridor.
"Fresh provocation from Azerbaijan. Yesterday, Azerbaijani military forces installed a concrete barrier to block the road of life (for 120,000 people including 30,000 children) connecting Nagorno Karabakh with Armenia (Lachin Corridor).
This was done amid the decision of The Hague Court, CIJ, ICJ and in addition to the establishment of an illegal checkpoint and arrival of armored vehicles. The ethnic cleansing policy of Azerbaijan is a daily process and these gross violations of human rights continue," Marukyan tweeted.
