Sixteen patients from the Republican Medical Center of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) were transported last Saturday to specialized medical institutions of Armenia, with their companions as well as the escorting of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) - and in a minibus provided by the latter.
And nineteen patients, who had been transferred to Armenia for medical treatment within the framework of state funding, have returned to Artsakh, together with accompanying persons, the Artsakh Ministry of Health reports.
Taking into account the large number of people being transported from Artsakh to Armenia for health reasons, it was decided to carry out the transportation on that day by a minibus.
But the respective footage was disseminated by the Azerbaijani media from such an angle that the ICRC sign is not visible.
