"All Allies agree that Ukraine will become a member of the Alliance", said Jens Stoltenberg as he arrived to chair the two-day informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Oslo.
The North Atlantic Council (NAC) will hold an informal meeting at foreign minister level in Oslo from 31 May to 1 June.
The meeting comes ahead of a NATO summit which is scheduled to be held in July in Lithuania.
