Spokesperson of the Armenia’s Foreign Ministry Ani Badalyan commented to ‘Lurer’ on the statement of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko that Kazakhstan and other post-Soviet countries can join the Union State if they wish.
"This issue was addressed by the Armenia’s Prime Minister in January, 2023, and there is no such issue on Armenia's agenda," said Badalyan.
Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in 2023 during the press conference held on January 10, stated that Armenia has not received any official offer from Russia to join the Union State.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said a few days ago that if “someone is worried about nuclear weapons” they should join the Russia-Belarus alliance and “everyone will have nuclear weapons.”
