Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Wednesday that there are different levels of integration within the Eurasian Economic Union, drawing attention to the union between Russia and Belarus.
"State with a single union government, with a single union parliament, and they even have common nuclear weapons," Tokayev said.
The President of Kazakhstan added that the processes of countries integration in the Eurasian Economic Union is a reality that that must be taken into account.
"There is another level of integration represented by Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. We have to deal with this reality. How will we work in these conditions? It is a conceptual question, we need to discuss this problem at this Economic Forum as well", Tokayev said.
