Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a meeting on May 23 with Javier Colomina, the NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy and NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia.
Pashinyan and Colomina discussed “issues related to Armenia-NATO partnership and cooperation” the Government press office reports.
They also discussed the Armenia-Azerbaijan border situation, delimitation and ensuring border security and stability between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh, particularly the ongoing humanitarian crisis resulting from the illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor by Azerbaijan, the introduction of an international mechanism of dialogue between Baku and Stepanakert and other issues.
