Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan does not agree with the formulation “the attitude of the Russian Federation towards Armenia is hostile”. Moreover, he believes that everything should be done to deepen and develop partnership relations.
Pashinyan also addressed the question of the Russian border guard service carrying out construction near Meghri and expanding the border guard service.
“All actions there must be carried out in coordination with the Government of the Republic of Armenia, in particular with the National Security Service, and I can say that we will recheck what actions are being carried out. And if those actions are outside of some agreed framework and in any way contain challenges related to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia, we will definitely discuss that issue,” said Pashinyan.
